It takes a bit of time to find the perfect adjustment of the chair. Every day for the first 2-3 days I was changing some tiny bits to ease some discomforts I was feeling, until I finally found the perfect settings that worked for my back. This is actually the strength of this chair, all those little adjustments will help the chair to fit your back perfectly.

Overall I would definitely recommend this chair as it has good support on your lower back which is important in order to maintain the natural curve of the lumbar spine and lower stress and tension on your back.

Would be 5 stars but...

This is easily the most comfortable desk chair I've ever sat in; however, I pulled a muscle trying to put it together. I tried to call customer service about how to get the wheels into the base, but they told me to call their technical services team and disconnected me. Ikea furniture is easier to assemble. For those struggling, I ended up needing a hammer to get the wheels to pop into the place. Once put together, however, it was very comfortable. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't so hard to assemble and if their customer service was better.
