This Privacy Notice explains how HINOMI PTE. LTD. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, processes, and protects information when you authorize our application (the "Application") to access your Amazon Ads account via the Amazon Ads API.

We are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our users. We do not sell your data, and we only access information strictly necessary to provide our services.

1. Information We Collect via Amazon Ads API

When you grant the Application access to your Amazon Ads account, we may collect and process the following types of data:

• Profile Information: Amazon Merchant ID, Marketplace ID, Advertiser Profiles, and Store IDs.
• Campaign Performance Data: Aggregated metrics including impressions, clicks, spend, cost-per-click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), and conversion rates.
• Sales and Attribution Data: Attributed sales, orders, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) generated by your Amazon advertising campaigns.
• Ad Structure Data: Names, IDs, and configurations of your campaigns, ad groups, targeting keywords, product ads, and budgets.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the retrieved data solely for the following purposes:

• Data Aggregation & Reporting: To consolidate your Amazon Ads performance metrics into unified analytics dashboards.
• Workflow Automation: To programmatically execute automated bidding strategies, budget adjustments, and campaign pauses based on the rules you configure within the Application.
• Performance Optimization: To analyze historical ad performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• System Integrity: To debug issues, monitor API usage limits, and prevent fraudulent activity.

3. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

• Security: We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures (including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit) to protect your Amazon data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
• Retention: We retain your advertising data only for as long as your account remains active with our Application, or as required to fulfill the operational purposes outlined in Section 2.
• Access Tokens: Your Amazon OAuth Refresh Tokens are encrypted and stored securely within our private database. They are never exposed to clients or third parties.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your Amazon Ads data to any third parties for marketing or any other commercial purposes.
• Data Sub-processors: We only transfer data to trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS / Google Cloud) essential for hosting our service. These providers are strictly contractually bound to maintain data confidentiality.
• Compliance with Law: We may disclose data only if explicitly required by law, subpoena, or legal enforcement processes.

5. Data Revocation and Deletion (Your Rights)

You retain full ownership and control over your Amazon Ads data. You can disconnect our Application and delete your data at any time through the following methods:

1. Revoke via Amazon: You can revoke our Application's access at any time directly through your Amazon Advertising Console (under Login with Amazon or Authorized Applications).
2. Request Deletion: You can request the permanent deletion of all historical data stored in our system by emailing us at suppor_data@hinomi.co. We will process and confirm the deletion within 72 hours in compliance with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy (DPP).

6. Changes to This Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Notice to reflect changes in our API integration or regulatory requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
