So far the chair is great, I purchased it because I had a back injury and was not able to sit for very long. Since getting this and adjusting it to my body I am able to sit for long periods without pain. As a matter of for a while it was the only place I had to sit down. The chair seems to be built well but only time will tell with that.
I've used all kinds of office chairs over the years, and this Hinomi has supported my back the best. The lumbar support is perfect. Definitely worth the money spent.
Very comfortable, even though the chair is mesh rather than padded. The multiple adjustments work well to individualize for you. Caught it on sale, so the price was good.
Negatives: although assembly instructions were simple the intuitive nature of the assembly diagrams were simple, but made it quick and easy. Unfortunately, no instructions at all for the adjustments on the chair, and not always that intuitive. There should have been something included in the box, even if it was only a link to the video on YouTube, since the Web site lacked that too.
The lumbar support did not adjust quite as low as I would have liked.
